Reflections On Our Life in Jesus Christ

Today’s Bible Reading (from 1 Chronicles 16-18; John 7:28-53
Friday’s: 1 Chronicles 19-21; John 8:1-27    Saturday’s: 1 Chronicles 22-24; John 8:28-59
Sunday’s: 1 Chronicles 25-27; John 9:1-23   Monday’s: 1 Chronicles 28-29; John 9:24-41

We all need change, and sometimes the courage to experiment with new things can lead to exciting results. A century ago, Listerine started as a surgical antiseptic and was then later sold as a floor cleaner. Halitosis was common but accepted, until a team of marketing agents decided to transform their floor cleaner into a mouth- wash. Their ads convinced people that bad breath was worse than the flavor of their product. Their experiment with change worked. In just seven years, the company’s revenue climbed from $115,000 to more than $8 million. Thankfully, that floor cleaner now has better tasting flavors.[1]

“But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed [CHANGED] into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord” (2 Corinthians 3:18, NKJV).
