Our Visitation Ministry is based on the idea that God cares about us and we are called to care about one another. To show our care, and to affirm our love for those whom we do not see, the Visitation Ministry is committed to serve by becoming a spiritual lifeline to all members and friends of the congregation who are nursing home residents, the home-bound, and those in the hospital. This ministry seeks share the love of Christ through the Word, through song, and through prayer. The ministry also seeks to provide fellowship to those who are unable to attend regular Sunday services. Anyone needing encouragement, comfort, or a sense of belonging would benefit from a visit. This ministry is a demonstration of our compassion and a reminder to all our members that none are forgotten.
If you know of anyone who would benefit from a visit or if you would like to help in this work, please let us know.
Therefore comfort each other and edify one another, just as you also are doing. 1 Thessalonians 5:11
